Jeb Stogdell grew up in southern Colorado and was a third generation general contractor, practically growing up with a hard hat and hammer. He graduated from Colorado State University and spent the next 12 years in various areas of commercial project management. In 2010 he moved to Idaho and has spent the last 5 years as a home inspector in the Treasure Valley, completing almost 2,500 home inspections during that time.
We keep your best interest and your investment at the forefront throughout our entire process. We love what we do and truly care about our customers. A home purchase is often the largest investment a family will make, and we take it quite seriously!
We also love when buyers join us at inspections and in most cases prefer it! As a home buyer, we understand you will have questions and find the best way to answer is in-person, as they arise.
All of our inspections are guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your home inspection we will refund your inspection fee.
Extensive background in the building industry, paired with almost 2,500 inspections in Idaho gives us an advantage most don’t have. AND...No waiting on inspection reports!!! We understand the real estate transaction process and inspection contingencies, your report will be available shortly after the inspection.
We will perform a complete visual inspection of the entire home documenting the condition, operation and life expectancy of various systems within the home (Roof, Attic, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, crawlspace, etc.) with recommendations for maintenance and repair. A full report averaging 25-30 pages with color pictures is presented in a PDF format the day of the inspection with the goal of completion at the home (no waiting!). A free HomeBinder account is included with your inspection.
We would love to help protect your investment with a professional home inspection. Receive a 20-30 page report with photo documentation of any issues that may have developed within the last year. Present the report to your builder and have peace of mind in knowing that your investment is prepared for long-term success.
It Is our opinion that your home should be evaluated every year, especially areas that aren’t readily visible or visited on a regular basis (attic and crawlspace) to determine if any potential issues can be alleviated prior to them becoming a repair nightmare. All major components of the home will be tested for efficiency as well (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
